A 6,500 sqft corporate office campus for a growing B2B company in Bengaluru. The brief: a premium, functional office that could house 80+ people across open work areas, enclosed conference rooms, executive cabins, a reception zone, and breakout spaces — with full infrastructure built for long-term reliability.
RC Workspace delivered the entire project as the single infrastructure and interior contractor — no subcontractors, no coordination gaps, one project manager from survey to handover.
The Infrastructure Challenge
At 6,500 sqft and 80+ users, the power and cooling requirements are significantly more complex than a smaller office. The load calculation had to account for 80+ workstations, two server racks, a meeting room AV system, kitchen equipment, and HVAC across multiple zones — all on a building supply with headroom limits that required an augmentation application.
RC Workspace managed the power augmentation application with the building management, coordinated the load schedule across all trades, and designed the panel to handle the full design load plus 35% headroom for future growth.

Exposed HVAC — Infrastructure as Design
The client wanted an industrial-chic aesthetic for the main open floor. Rather than a conventional false ceiling, the HVAC ducts and cable trays were left exposed and painted — turning the infrastructure into a design feature. This approach required more precise coordination: all duct routes, cable tray positions, and conduit runs had to be aesthetically considered, not just functionally placed.
RC Workspace produced detailed exposed-service drawings — showing exactly how ducts, trays, and conduits would sit visually — before any installation began. The result matched the drawings exactly, with no re-routing needed after the ceiling was opened.
Day-1 result: All 80+ workstations powered and connected. All conference rooms operational with AV and HVAC. Server room commissioned. CCTV and access control live. Reception branding installed. The team moved in on the planned date with zero outstanding items.
