The Project
Stance Health is a corporate wellness and sports performance centre serving corporate clients, athletes, and fitness-focused individuals in South Bengaluru. Their JP Nagar facility needed to be premium — a space that clients would trust with their health and performance — while also being MEP-compliant and operationally reliable.
RC Workspace was engaged for a complete fit-out: electrical infrastructure, cassette HVAC across all zones, CCTV and security, full interior finishes, branding elements, and reception fit-out.
The wellness centre challenge: Clinics and wellness centres have specific MEP requirements — dedicated electrical circuits for medical equipment, precise HVAC for active zones vs treatment rooms, and CCTV that covers all areas without compromising client privacy. RC Workspace designs all of this before a single partition goes up.

The MEP-First Approach in a Wellness Centre
Wellness and clinic spaces have more demanding MEP requirements than standard office fit-outs. The rehabilitation floor needed enough power for multiple pieces of electrical physiotherapy equipment running simultaneously — a load that standard office power planning doesn't account for. RC Workspace modelled the connected load for every equipment position before designing the panel and distribution system.
HVAC zoning was critical: the active rehabilitation area generates significant heat load from both equipment and users, while treatment rooms need quieter, more controlled temperatures. A single-zone HVAC system can't serve both well. RC Workspace designed separate cassette units for each zone, with independent controls.
The result: Stance Health's JP Nagar facility opened on schedule with every system operational — equipment circuits running at full load, HVAC holding correct temperatures in each zone, CCTV live, and branding elements exactly as designed. No rework. No outstanding items at handover.
